Josh Guyton is a 2024 C/3B, SS with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Dublin, GA who attends Dublin. Primary catcher sits behind plate with a low, side turned stance as he reaches for the ball and gains some ground using a short arm action while throwing 69 mph with a pop time of 2.25. Guyton also took groundballs in the infield and fields the ball out front with two hands showing good athleticism while accurately throwing across the diamond at 74 mph. Left-handed hitter steps into the box with an open stance, high hands, and a high back elbow. He swings with a toe tap trigger and a lofted approach up the middle with developing barrel control. Good student.
