Luke Steinrock is a 2024 MIF/RHP/2B3B/SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from West Chester, PA who attends Salesianum. Steinrock works from a medium build with young strength present and additional room to fill out in the future. From his primary IF spot, he displayed clean glove work with the ability to change arm slots up the middle, ultimately topping out at 80 mph across the diamond. As the footwork continues to refine, Steinrock projects as a corner guy right now. On the mound, the righty showcased a compact delivery and 3/4 slot with intent to work the arm side of the dish and record outs. The off speed arsenal should see more prominence as he matures but has flashed both a CB and CH as of now. Offensively, the left handed hitter started from a balanced slightly open stance with a compact hand path through the zone that worked the entire field with success. He displayed some ability to create lift and backspin, posting an exit velo of 78 mph. Ran a 7.46 sixty yard dash. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
