Jake Lenahan is a 2024 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from South Abington Township, PA who attends Abington Heights. Lenahan impressed from the bump in his 3 inning outing, running the FB up to 82 mph out of an over the top slot and broad build. He used calculated consistent mechanics to pound the zone and hold velocity well, flashing a slurvy breaking ball with sweeping action to it. At 1B, he showcased clean glove work and carry across the diamond up to 83 mph. Offensively, Lenahan started from a slightly open stance with a hover trigger to produce some lift on the baseball. Power potential should reveal itself with some more consistency to the bat path. Ran a 7.61 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
