Nathan Fellows is a 2027 RHP/1B with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Stevensville, MD who attends Arch Bishop Spalding. Large, square shouldered frame with long limbs and a lean build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.39 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works exclusively out of the stretch, lower leg lift up to belt, early hand break coming down the mound and works to a high three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 72 mph, showed occasional running life to the pitch and worked around the zone while flashing a changeup with low spin rates up to 58 mph as secondary offering. Fields the ball with two hands at first base, deliberate tempo to actions, shows accuracy on throws with some present carry. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Rotational swing, utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing, handsy swing and best when working on a linear stroke, short path moving to the point of contact. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
