Jarod Hansen is a 2023 2B/RHP/IF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Bonney Lake, WA who attends Sumner. Medium size frame. Ran a 7.40 60-yard dash. An infielder with footwork getting around the baseball, gets to a stationary fielding position when moving laterally, some stiffness to the hands but will catch it clean, and developing arm strength with improving accuracy. Hit from an even base at the plate, hits into a stiff front leg, two-part swing, developing bat speed and primary opposite field contact. Was fastball/slider on the mound with a low 70's fastball and slider with some vertical tilt out of a low three-quarter slot. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
