Andre Taylor is a 2024 3B with a 5-9 205 lb. frame from Capitol Heights, MD who attends Suitland. Taylor works from a strong broad build and looks the part of a corner IF. Exclusively from his primary 3B spot, he displayed a shorter arm action across the diamond with reliable footwork, ultimately topping out at 72 mph. He moves well for the body type and should see glove work continue to refine. Offensively, the righty started from a wider base with a compact hand set, flashing intent to create lift in the bat path and drive the baseball to the pull side. He showcased strength in the hands and generated impact when timed up. Posted an exit velo of 71 mph.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
