Jeremy Menhennett is a 2027 C/RHP/OF with a 5-8 139 lb. frame from Semmes, AL who attends St. Lukes. Medium frame with a lean, athletic type build. Ran a 8.54 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting high in the stance during drills. Young footwork. Two hand gather out front before working into transfer. Uphill release and recorded a pop time of 2.45 seconds. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working into a side-step to a higher lift. Stays compact at the top before working down the hill. On line to target but releasing up high at times. Higher slot release with a smooth arm action. Fastball up to 72 mph with good arm side run. Also mixed in a slurvy breaking ball in the low-60's. Some upside on the mound going forward. Right-Handed Hitter, spread out to start as he works into a hanging leg lift to stride. Creates separation before firing the hands. Quick bat as he littered the middle of the field with hard line drives. Confidence in the swing and it is mechanically sound. Projects more power down the road as the frame fills out. Great Student. Named to 13U/14U Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
