Juan Tirado is a 2024 OF/RHP, 3B with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Sylmar, CA who attends Granada Hills Charter. Compact frame with athletic traits that show on both sides. Ran a 7.46 in the 60-yard dash. Outfielder, confident charge with good technique. Looks comfortable in attack with arm strength that can continue to develop. Right-handed pitcher, showed good intent and conviction in a fastball up to 79 and two distinct breakers in a slider and curveball. Curveball has late depth for swing-and-miss action. Slider shows potential late bite in its development. Right-handed hitter, narrow base and high hand set. Loads well into backside with some intent in the path. Direct swing with the ability to use the whole field. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
