Aaron Pargas is a 2023 1B/ with a 5-8 215 lb. frame from Florida, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Big, physical build with a strong stature and lots of size to both halves. Ran a 9.24 in the 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, shows developing footwork and fields well in middle of his stance. Shows the pocket and has an accurate arm to both spots of the bag. Fits the mold of the position well. Right-handed hitter, open stance and narrow base with medium hand set. Produces solid contact with strong hands that worked up the middle. Stays on plane and made his best contact when squared to the pull side. Physical presence in the box. Good student.
