Max Franke is a 2024 OF/RHP/2B with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Lutz, FL who attends Steinbrenner. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a wrapped barrel load and deep hands to start, upper body driven swing, shorter inside hand path with a right centerfield approach, was on time consistently and executed his swing approach well, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength. 7.48 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has young actions through the ball with a deep and long arm action in back and developing arm strength, also worked out in the infield. Took a turn on the mound, has a 3/4's arm slot, sinks into his backside well. Fastball topped out at 73 mph with some sink and run, did a good job working to the glove side and away from right handed hitters, also mixed in a soft curveball. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
