Perfect Game Midwest is committed to providing opportunities for student-athletes to play baseball or fastpitch, achieve their goals and have fun along the way through competition and community outreach. Serving a 14 state region, Perfect Game Midwest is growing the game of youth baseball and fastpitch while impacting communities nationwide for generations to come.
To make a schedule request please email PGMWrequests@perfectgame.org with the following information: Team Name, Coach Name, Tournament Name, Age & Division, Phone Number, Email Address, Sport - (Baseball or Fastpitch), Specific Request - (eg. “My team can’t play on Friday night”, or “We would like to request game times after 1pm on Saturday”)

Requests will be reviewed and responded to let you know if they have been received or declined. Only schedule requests sent by email will be honored. *The deadline to submit requests is registration deadline for the tournament *No schedule request is guaranteed

3 pool play games into single elimination

Included with your entry fees:

-75 minute games
-Perfect Game Softball will provide new softballs for each pool game. Once these have been exhausted, please provide 1-2 new or gently used balls to finish out play for the remainder of the event. If needed, additional softballs are available for purchase through the Site Director.   
-All umpires (no pay-at-the plate)
-First-class facilities
-Professional, courteous and attentive PG staff -- on call any time for the duration of the weekend.

REQUIRED BEFORE PLAY BEGINS: 

-Please be sure to upload your complete team roster for the event prior to your first game. All players on the roster are required to have their waivers completed before playing. Additionally, all teams are asked to carry birth certificates in the event of a protest. 
-Out of respect for our facility partners and local parks/schools, please remember to warm up in all appropriate warm up areas as designated by the park. Please be aware, some facilities may not allow metal spikes. 

 

EVENT ATTENDEE HEALTH STATEMENT:
All event attendees (employees, players, coaches, fans) must be able to say "yes" to the entirety of this statement before entering a PG Midwest event.
I have not tested positive for COVID-19, had a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, body ache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or been around anyone with these symptoms (with the exception of medical personnel and first responders), in the last 14 days. I am not currently under a state, county, city or other stay-at-home order. I understand that it is my responsibility to protect myself from contracting COVID-19 or other infectious diseases while at this event.
