ROSTERS
Rosters have to be completed no later than Tuesday. Here is why if there are any new profiles that have been created for kids that have not played PG we will not be able to get them approved in time to play Saturday or possibly the entire event. We need a minimum of 3 days to get PG corporate in Georgia to approve these kids. If you have questions anytime please contact Bud

DIAMONDKAST SCORE KEEPING & LIVE STREAMING
Lineups must be turned into the scorekeeper with starting positions listed 15 min before the start of your game. DK Score Keepers are on every field; they are only there to keep score and track the current pitch counts of the game they are scoring. Scorekeepers are not directors and you must verify any rules or pitch counts from previous games online or with an onsite director. It is the manager's responsibility to communicate with the DK score keeper the entire game for pitching changes or any other changes on the field. Every game is live streamed on DK. Please note live streams do over heat in the boxes and we do our best to keep resetting them for parents to view at home.

PITCHING & EVENT RULES
Pitch counts and Rules can be found by going to the division then click event info and then click pitching or rules. It is the opposing team's responsibility to protest if the other team is over pitching a player. First offense is player removed from the mound and manager is warned, Second offense manager is ejected and player removed from the mound, Third offense team is disqualified from the event. Again the manager of the opposing team is required to check the pitch counts online for the other team and protest this after one practice pitch is thrown on the mound or any time
