A tournament may be hosted by an independent Non-profit organization. By registering your team, you are signifying that you have read and understand the terms and conditions. By making a reservation with the tournament host or any of its representatives you accept and are bound by tournament rules, team registration requirements, applicable state codes and refund policy. This shall constitute the entire agreement between the tournament host and you, relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, collateral agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions, other than as expressed herein.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. PERFECT GAME WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR. WE ACCEPT ELECTRONIC BANK PAYMENTS AND CREDIT CARDS. SAVE 3.5% ON TECHNOLOGY FEES BY USING A BANK ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF A CREDIT CARD.
