This is the third annual MLK South Championship held at Premier Baseball of Texas.

Format
Teams will be separated into two pools of four teams (A&B) and a pool of six teams (C). The winners of pools A&B and the top two teams from Pool C will advance to the playoff round as pool winners. These teams will be seeded 1-4 in the playoff bracket according to PG seeding and tie-breaker rules. The second place teams from pools A, B and C will advance to the playoffs as wildcard teams and will be seeded 5-7 according to PG seeding and tie-breaker rules. Note: the team in the third position in Pool C will be considered a second place team as the top two teams advanced as pool winners. The best third place team from all pools will advance to the playoff bracket according to PG seeding and tie-breaker rules, and will be seeded 8th in the playoff bracket. Note: the team in the fourth position of pool C will be considered a third place team as the top two teams advanced as pool winners. The quarterfinal round of the bracket will be played on Sunday, January 15th. The semifinals and championship rounds will be played on Monday, January 16th.
