Event Information
The Iowa Select Teams started in the fall of 2005 as an addition to the Iowa Fall League.  Since the state of Iowa has the high school baseball season in the summer, Iowa players aren't able to play travel baseball in the summer.  The fall is the only time of the year where an Iowa high school player can play in high level travel baseball against competition from across the country.  Since 2005, players have been exposed to high level baseball at numerous Division 1, Division 2, and professional baseball parks across the country. 

The Iowa Select Teams are the only club teams in Iowa that play in all the top tournaments against top competition.  Our teams will play in the Kernels Foundation Tournament, WWBA Midwest Underclass Qualifier, WWBA Midwest Freshman Championship, WWBA Freshman World Championship, WWBA Sophomore World Championship, WWBA Underclass World Championship, and the WWBA World Championship in Jupiter, FL -the largest scouting event in all of amateur baseball. 

When you look at the results, no other organization can compete with what the PG Iowa Select Team alumni have accomplished.  Every single player who has come through the PG Iowa Select program has received scholarship offers to play baseball at the collegiate level!  There have been 165 former players go on to play at the Division 1 level, 59 at the Division 2 level, 221 at the Junior College level, 30 have played professional baseball, and 3 big leaguers with more on the way!  Not to mention the 9 Perfect Game All-Americans have played for the PG Iowa Select program since 2005!
