Event Information

The Iowa Select Spring League is an improved version of the typical Iowa Spring League of years past. The Iowa Select Spring League puts the top organizations that play spring baseball competing against each other every weekend.    

The league is split up by graduation year with teams at each age group from 2019's down to 2022's.  Each team will play 2 six inning games on Saturdays and 2 six inning games on Sundays with no games being played on Easter Sunday.  There will also be some Friday Night six inning games available to those teams able to play. The league will be played March 15-April 21st.  

Since the league's inception in 1996, all but one of the players from Iowa drafted in the MLB first year player draft played in the Perfect Game Iowa spring league.

Participating programs include: Perfect Game Iowa Select, Hitters Baseball, Iowa Sticks, Dusty Rogers Baseball Academy, Gamers Baseball, Council Bluffs Rainbow Post and Eric Munson Baseball.

Games will be played on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Each team will play 4 games per weekend. Locations and times will be posted as soon as all teams signup.
